At Sıradışı, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI-powered custom animated films that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2. Understanding Our Service

Our service uses AI technology to create animated films based on the photos and details you provide. Please note that:

  • Characters will NOT be 100% identical to real persons
  • Photo quality and clarity directly affect the final result - please avoid photos with glasses, hats, or filters
  • Animations are created based on your detailed descriptions and preferences

We encourage you to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions to ensure the best possible outcome.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Before Delivery

If you decide to cancel your order before we begin production (within 2 hours of purchase), you may be eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees.

3.2 After Delivery

Refunds after delivery may be issued only in cases of:

  • Non-delivery of the agreed-upon deliverable
  • Technical issues that make the file unusable (corrupt file, wrong format)
  • Significant deviation from the project specifications you provided (only if the deviation is our error, not a result of AI interpretation)

3.3 No Refunds After Approval

Once you have received and downloaded the final deliverable, refunds are not available. Given our same-day delivery model and the immediate digital nature of our product, we ask that you carefully review the animation upon receipt.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation or style
  • Character not being 100% identical to real persons (this is stated in our service description)
  • Results affected by poor photo quality, photos with glasses/hats/filters, or incomplete project details
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Technical issues on your device or platform (file format compatibility issues we can help resolve)
  • After you have downloaded the final files

5. Refund Time Limits

Refund windows are subject to payment-method limits set by Paddle (our payment processor) and its processors:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically must be requested within 120 days of purchase
  • PayPal: Refunds typically must be requested within 179 days of purchase
  • Other payment methods: Time limits vary based on the specific payment method used

We recommend requesting refunds as soon as possible if you believe you are eligible. Requests made after these windows may not be possible to process due to payment processor limitations.

6. Refund Process and Timeline

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at contact@siradisi.co with your order number and reason for refund
  2. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment processor) to the original payment method

Once a refund is approved by Paddle, it is returned to the original payment method. Typical posting times: cards 3–5 business days after processing; PayPal ~48 hours. Actual posting times depend on your bank or provider.

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 48 hours after processing
  • Other methods: Processing times vary by payment method and financial institution

You will receive email confirmation from Paddle once the refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

7. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), our Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle handles all payment transactions, tax calculations, and refund processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The actual time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times, which are outside our control.

8. Partial Refunds

In some exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • The extent of the issue with the deliverable
  • Whether the issue was caused by unclear specifications or poor photo quality
  • The specific circumstances of your case

Partial refund decisions are made at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to Paddle and your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication. If you have concerns about your animation, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Most issues can be resolved through dialogue and, when appropriate, minor adjustments or clarifications.

If a dispute arises, we commit to working with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution that considers both your satisfaction and the nature of our AI-powered service.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
